I’m Stephen Pistoresi, and I’ve spent my career advancing cutting-edge technologies across various industries. Being born and raised in Fresno, I have a strong connection to the farming community. It’s been part of my world for as long as I can remember. Today, I work closely with our retail and distribution partners across North America and help build relationships with new ag enterprises. My goal is to support growers with the tools and partnerships they need to be more profitable, resilient, and sustainable.
I’m Mando Perez. I’ve spent over a decade in agriculture, working with growers, advisors, and partners to bring practical, effective solutions to the field. As a PCA, I’ve helped growers navigate everything from pest pressure to long-term planning. I’m always ready to dig in to find the best-fit solutions for your operation. I also serve as President of the Kern County California Association of Pest Control Advisers (CAPCA) and stay active on several ag boards. Whether you’re facing immediate challenges or planning, I’m here to help you find what works.
I’m Marc Breckenridge. I’ve spent my life in agriculture, working as a grower, PCA, managing ranches, and now supporting other growers as a Territory Manager. I’ve been hands-on with everything from pest and water management to automation and day-to-day operations. I know farming isn’t one-size-fits-all, and I’m here to work with you to find practical tools that fit your operation and help you keep things running smoothly.
I’m Jeff Thorning, and I have over 18 years of experience in ag equipment sales and support, helping growers across six continents. If you’ve got questions about irrigation or how to make your tech investments work harder for you, I’m here to help you find practical, grounded solutions.
Hi, I’m Ashlee DeSilva. I’m a PCA with a background in ag research. I’ve always enjoyed digging into the “why” behind what we do in the field. I began my career in entomology research with the USDA and later moved into hands-on roles managing large almond and pistachio territories. Over the years, I’ve worked closely with growers to tackle pest challenges and ensure that we make decisions that work in the real world. I bring both research know-how and practical field experience to the table, and I’m here to help you find what works best for your farm.
I’m Sydnee. Since 2020 I’ve been proud to be able to help growers better understand the importance of efficient water management, pest management and product information. I provide technical water management and product information to our growers, in order to help perpetuate farming well into the future!
I’m Justin Pearson, and I’ve been rooted in the Wenatchee Valley my entire life. From swamping cherries as a teen to doing pest control in friends’ and family orchards, agriculture has always been in my blood. For the past six years, I’ve built and managed the Semios operations here, working closely with growers. When I’m not in the field, I’m outdoors—fishing, hunting, or camping with my family. I’m also a passionate conservationist, and I bring that same care and commitment to every grower I work with.
